TBDN Plant Expansion« Back to projects

TBDN (A joint venture between Toyota Boshoku Corporation and DENSO Corporation) hired Chris Woods Construction for their latest plant expansion.  The project  consisted of a 33,000 sf addition to the existing auto-parts manufacturing facility located in Jackson TN.  Sitework included existing site demolition, grading, drainage, fire protection, landscaping, irrigation and parking lot modifications.  Portions of the existing structure were demolished to accept the new expansion.  The building expansion consisted of concrete foundations and slab, structural steel framing, metal decking and TPO roofing.  New lighting, switchgear and crane controls were installed along with new Rooftop units.  All work was completed without interrupting the daily operations of the existing facility.
