Chris Woods Construction Awarded Two More Planet Fitness Facilities
We are pleased to announce we have broken ground on our 6th and 7th Planet Fitness locations in the area. The new Summer Avenue location is a 19,029 square foot ground up facility constructed with a pre-engineered metal building structure with CMU & EIFS exterior. The building contains an expansive open workout spaces for various exercises, large state of the art men’s and women’s locker/shower rooms, and hydro massage & tanning rooms. This facility will be completed in 7 months.
The new Millington Planet Fitness is a 16,367 square foot tenant improvement located on Highway 51 North into a state of the art exercise facility. Like the Summer Avenue facility, this location will include an expansive open workout area, hydro massage/tanning rooms, and vast men’s and women’s locker/shower rooms. This location is a fast track project with a 4 month construction duration.
