Chris Woods Construction Awarded New KEMBA Delta Federal Credit Union Facility
Chris Woods Construction has been contracted to build out a new tenant facility for KEMBA Delta Federal Credit Union, located on Germantown Road in Bartlett, TN. The new 3,200SF office will relocate all of KEMBA’s operations their American Way location and provide space for them to grow their operations as well as better service their customers. The $334,000 tenant space is scheduled to be completed in 3 months.
