Chris Woods Construction worked closely with an established small business owner to assist in the design and then construction of a new automotive service facility to meet the demands of an ever expanding client base. Chris Woods Construction worked alongside the owner and architect from conceptual design and pricing to final construction of their new facility with a final construction cost of $876,000. The new 6,700 square foot facility was completed in 6 months, the project consisted of a pre-engineered metal building with masonry brick exterior and clear story windows for natural light into the shop area. The interior of the building includes upscale customer waiting area with offices as well as higher quality finishes in the shop area which included fiber reinforced plastic panel and metal wall panels as well as polished concrete floor.
