New Corporate Headquarters
The new state of the art TAG Truck Center dealership consists of a 157,000 square foot Sales & Service Building, and a 31,600 square foot Parts Distribution and Training Center. The $21,700,000 Tractor-Trailer Truck Dealership located on the redeveloped old Mall of Memphis site. This facility allowed TAG to consolidate five different area locations into one facility.
The Sales & Service Building utilizes a combination of concrete tilt-wall, structural steel and pre-engineered metal building construction. The Sales Service Building also contains the corporate offices for TAG Truck Center, a new Retail Sales area, Truckers Lounge, Express Service Area, Service & Body Shop Bays.
The Parts Distribution & Training Center, utilizes a pre-engineered metal building construction, with a masonry and insulated metal building façade. This facility is for the storage and shipment of parts direct to customers served by TAG. The facility also houses a state of the art training center for TAG Technical Institute, where truck technicians will be certified.
Chris Woods Construction did an amazing job on the construction of our building. We found them to be transparent, honest and always looking out for our best interest. The communication was excellent. We found that when spending a lot of money and building something very important, we needed to trust the people that we’re working with. We also found out we needed to have fun along the way. Chris Woods Construction Company provided both. When we get ready to build again, they will be our first and our last call.
