New Storage Facility
The new Storage Towne of America, an upscale storage facility located in Collierville, TN provides clients with over 500 rentable storage units of varying sizes. The eight acre project site included the construction of nine separate buildings totaling 95,200 square feet and included an office with site manager living quarters. The owner designed the $5.6 million facility to provide clients with an option of having conditioned or non-conditioned storage space and was completed in under 10 months.
Working with Chris Woods Construction was the best experience we have ever had dealing with a general contractor. The people at CWC are honest, hard working and straight forward.
