The new $8.5 million dollar Principle Toyota automotive dealership, located in Hernando, Mississippi consists of a 17,000 square foot automotive sales facility and 16,500 square foot automotive shop and parts department with an attached car wash space.  This facility is the first new car dealership located in the city of Hernando.  The automotive sales facility and automotive shop/parts department are connected by a service reception drive.  The project also consisted of the construction of underground utilities, automotive parking area, and landscaped greenspace.
