Chris Woods Construction teamed with Crews Development and Architectural Design Guild to complete the new construction of Petsmart in Collierville, TN. The $4 million dollar facility included construction of the exterior shell and interior build out of 18,096 square feet. Key features include the large retail sales floor, pet grooming salon, pet adoption center, pet training center, offices, break rooms and habitats for reptiles, birds and fish. In addition, the facility includes a 2,000 square feet of veterinary services space with exam, surgery and x-ray rooms. The project was completed in January of 2024.
