Landscape Center

The Landscape Center is the home of landscape contractor Michael Hatcher & Associates.  The 22-acre site in Olive Branch, MS includes a new 10,288 sf pre-engineered metal building, which houses the administration staff, design team and production team leaders.  The facility has two state of the art conference rooms, two training areas and a full break room for employees.  Included as part of the construction project were three additional pre-engineered metal buildings.  The shop building (5,200 sf) is designated for equipment storage and repair.  A second building (4,000 sf) is also designated for storage of small tools, equipment and materials.  And a third building (9,000 sf) is designed to house large equipment and trucks.
