Corporate Offices and Distribution Center in Bartlett, TN
IAC Supply Solutions is recognized as one of the largest and well-stocked electrical, industrial, and automation distributors in the Mid-South. The construction of their new Bartlett, TN location consist of a 37,500 SF Concrete Tilt-Up Building with loading dock, fenced material storage area, (2) parking lots, and landscaping. The 9,800 sf office area includes a new contractor sales area, product show room, state of the art training classroom, full kitchen, sales offices and conference room. The 27,700 sf warehouse includes new led lighting and controls and an electronically controlled smoke evacuation fan system. Construction was completed in 8 months.
