Fairway Manor is a 110,00 square foot multi-family gated community divided into two segments. At one end is the three story senior living building that houses 68 one and two bedroom units. The ground floor includes a public gathering area, mail room, and laundry room. At the opposite end are seven townhouse units housing 28 three and four bedroom units. Also featured on the property is a clubhouse with a public space, a mail room, and a laundry room. Each townhouse is accessible from the ground floor and has parking directly in front of each unit. The property includes ample recreational/play areas for children.
It has been almost a year and a half since the completion of the work at our Fairway Manor property and we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the excellent work you and your team did in building it. The manner in which the CWC team worked with us went far beyond our hopes and expectations. As we move forward with further developments we will certainly consider Chris Woods to be our go to General Contractor.
