Elementary School Expansion

The work at Collierville Elementary included demolition of the existing outdated gymnasium and 16,950 square foot expansion of the existing school to include a new state-of-the-art gymnasium, public restrooms, new stage, gym offices, and storage rooms.  The new gymnasium features include the school colors on the new gym floor, new logo center court, and multiple goals for use during PE classes and provided the school with a much-needed stage for assembly productions.    The project presented several unique challenges such as constructing a new addition 10 feet away from the drop off and pick up line of school as well as the extension and relocation of the existing utilities without disrupting operations.
