Carvana’s new $45 million dollar, 190,000-square-foot inspection center is located on 217-acres in the Mid-America Industrial Park in West Memphis, AR.

The building is used to inspect, recondition, photograph, and store inventory and includes 70 repair lifts, 4 photos booths with 360-degree photo technology, offices, a large break area and kitchen, 8 interior wash bays, 1 drive-through wash bay, 12 paint booths, training areas, and parts storage.

The site is capable of storing over 10,000 automobiles, provides 450 employee parking spaces, 45 tractor trailer spaces and fuel islands.  The site improvements also required a one-mile extension of public roads and utilities in the industrial park.  The project was completed in approximately 13 months.
