Brixmor Properties Wolfcreek Retail« Back to projects

The new Brixmor Wolfcreek Retail center is located in Cordova, TN.  The project required the demolition of an existing building to construct the new 6,600 square foot multi-tenant building.  The wood framed building features an exterior with a combination of brick, stucco, stone and cement siding.  The $1.4 million dollar buildings tenants include Aspen Dental and a Sleep Number store and was completed in five months.
