Warehouse Facility
Brim’s Snack Foods is a manufacture/producer of many different snack foods, that are distributed through-out the southeast. The construction project, located next to their main headquarters in Bartlett, TN, consisted of a new 75,000 square foot concrete tilt-up and pre-engineered metal building with warehouse and shipping office spaces. The new facility includes 15 new truck loading dock doors, a new connector to the existing buildings and site improvements with parking for 30 trailers. Construction of the $4.2 million dollar facility was completed in seven months.
