Chris Woods Construction Awarded Sentry Storage Facility in Arlington, TN
Chris Woods Construction has recently been awarded a contract for construction of a new self storage facility in Arlington, TN, Sentry Self Storage. The 83,000 square foot facility is valued at five million dollars and will include a combination of climate and non-climate controlled storage units, as well as exterior storage slots for boats, RV’s, and other large vehicles. 
An RV servicing area is also included. The project is part of a seven lot development Grant Properties has underway at I-40 and Airline Road. Construction is anticipated to get underway in January, 2020.
