Chris Woods Construction Awarded Marten Transport Project
Chris Woods Construction has been hired by Marten Transport, LTD to provide site improvements at their Memphis terminal facility. The project will include demolition of existing structures, installation of nearly 6 acres of new concrete paving for trailer and truck parking, new site lighting, new asphalt paving for employees and drivers, new LED site lighting and all new fencing. The 2.3 million dollar project also includes the redevelopment of Webb Utility Road from the facility with new concrete paving to replace the existing asphalt. The project is expected to start in early July and be completed by the end of the year.
